As a professional therapist, I am committed to helping you make positive changes. Together, we will work to uncover the underlying factors causing you pain, and provide strategies and coping skills for challenging unhealthy thoughts and behaviors. Treatment will help you discover your personal attributes and capabilities to reduce stress, scope with symptoms, provide hope, and improve your quality of life. In addition, therapy can help treat mental, emotional, physical, and behavioral issues.
